What is a Mezuzah, Doctor Dach?
A patient yesterday noticed we have a Mezuzah on the door of the office. She asked what it was. I explained that it actually contained a small torah scroll written in Hebrew which looks like this:(see below image), and the translation is the “Shma Prayer”.

I then printed out the image (see below image) of the Torah Scroll Hebrew inscription and gave her a copy of it to take home. Here is translation of the Mezuzah scroll: ” (Shma Israel) Hear Oh Israel, (Adonai Eloheinu) God is our Lord (Master) , (Adonai Echod) God is One (There is only one God). Love God your Lord with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your might. These words are a commandment to you which you will take to heart, and teach them to your children…continues…etc”..
