Chlorine Dioxide Health Benefits and Adverse Effects by Jeffrey Dach MD
Chlorine Dioxide has emerged as one of the most suppressed universal antimicrobial agents in the history of medicine. In this article we will examine the safety, efficacy and potential adverse effects of chlorine dioxide, available over the counter as an inexpensive two bottle kit.
The property of selective oxidation is specific to chlorine dioxide (CL02) as an antiviral, antibacterial substance. CL02 targets the harmful bacteria without broadly killing all the bacteria in the microbiome and oral cavity. It is remarkable to find such an agent, CL02, effective against bacterial biofilms yet sparing most beneficial bacteria, thus preserving the oral and gut microbiome. CL02 decomposes quickly into harmless metabolites, making it environmentally safe. Chlorine dioxide is widely used for water purification in water treatment plants, the food industry, and is common in dentistry as a mouth wash because it kills harmful oral bacteria without toxicity.

Safe and Effective Treatment for C0\/lD
In 2021, Dr. Mitchell Brent Liester reviewed the safety and efficacy of chlorine dioxide (CLCL2) finding that YES, it is safe and highly effective against many viruses including C0\/lD when used at low doses. When used at high doses, it can have adverse hematologic and renal effects. Dr. Liester writes:
Chlorine dioxide has been condemned as a dangerous poison and has been touted as a cure for
COVID-19. This narrative review examines the controversy surrounding the use of aqueous chlorine dioxide by investigating evidence-based research articles, government documents, press reports, and the results of the first clinical trial utilizing chlorine dioxide as a treatment for COVID-19. Chlorine dioxide was found to be employed by numerous industries for antimicrobial and other uses. Aqueous chlorine dioxide was found to be safe when ingested in low doses, but when ingested in high doses, it can cause adverse hematologic and renal effects. Additionally, chlorine dioxide was found to be a strong and rapidly acting virucide with activity against a wide range of viruses. Results of the first clinical trial utilizing chlorine dioxide to treat COVID-19 are reviewed and this molecule is found to be a safe and effective treatment. A dispassionate review of the evidence-based research literature finds preliminary evidence supporting the opinion that aqueous chlorine dioxide may be a safe and effective treatment of COVID-19, and likely for other viral illnesses as well. Further studies are needed to confirm these findings and to explore potential uses of chlorine dioxide.

The Rising Tide of Diabetes and Foot Ulcers
By 2030, it is predicted that 10 per cent of the population will have type 2 Diabetes which carries the notorious complication of Diabetic foot ulcers. These are difficult to treat with poor results with conventional mainstream medicine which offers IV antibiotics and when all else fails, amputation.
In 2024, Dr. Patricia Calliperis reviewed the use of chlorine dioxide treatment for diabetic foot ulcers, writing:
The global prevalence of diabetes mellitus is rising and is predicted to exceed 10% by 2030. Foot ulcers are a frequent complication of diabetes mellitus. Existing treatments for diabetic foot ulcers are only partially effective and when these ulcers do not heal, amputation of the affected limb may result. It is estimated that an amputation due to diabetic foot infection occurs every 30 seconds somewhere in the world. Thus, more effective treatments are needed. One possible treatment is chlorine dioxide, a chemical compound that shows great promise as a treatment for diabetic foot ulcers. A review of the literature finds multiple mechanisms by which chlorine dioxide and the related compound chlorite may assist in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers. These include reducing hyperglycemia, decreasing oxidative stress, improving vasculopathy, slowing the progression of neuropathy, decreasing inflammation, treating infection and improving wound healing. Chlorine dioxide and chlorite are found to be safe and effective when used in low doses. Additional research into the potential benefits of chlorine dioxide and chlorite as treatments for diabetic foot ulcers is recommended.

Diabetic Foot Ulcers- 3 Case Studies
In 2024, Dr. Patricia Calliperis presented 3 case studies of diabetic foot ulcers which responded to treatment with chlorine dioxide, writing:
Foot ulcers are a major source of morbidity and mortality for individuals suffering from diabetes
mellitus. Currently, available treatments for these wounds are often ineffective, which can lead to
the progression of these lesions to a point that requires amputation of the affected limb. Despite
amputation, these individuals subsequently suffer from an increased risk of mortality. A novel therapy has been suggested to ameliorate diabetic foot ulcers. Adverse Effects of High Dose Chlorine Dioxide
High dose CL02 is an oxidizing agent which can oxidize hemoglobin to Methemoglobinemia which can cause acute kidney injury in humans. People with glucose-6- phosphate deficiency [G-6-PD] deficiency are especially susceptible to this adverse effect. Black males and neonates have the greatest risk. In 1978, Dr.Gary S. Moore writes:
Since male blacks represent the largest population in the U.S. to be G-6-PD deficient, Black male neonates may represent the group at highest risk to the use of chlorine dioxide as a disinfectant in the nations water supplies.
The following warning comes from Serkalem Mekonnen, RN, BSN, MPH Certified Specialist in Poison Information, Poison control center. if a large amount or high concentration product is swallowed (oral ingestion), this may oxidize red blood cells, making them incapable of carrying oxygen, leading totwo serious conditions, hemolysis and methemoglobinemia. These conditions can have dire ripple effects on other organ systems of the body. Serkalem Mekonnen, RN writes;
What happens if chlorine dioxide is swallowed? This is where the old, tried and true toxicology adage of “the dose makes the poison” comes in. Because chlorine dioxide- and sodium chlorite-containing mouth rise products are quite dilute (very low concentration), an accidental ingestion of a sip or a swallow is unlikely to cause anything beyond mild irritation. In such cases, there could be mild nausea and short-term vomiting.
The same way chlorine dioxide and sodium chlorite react with and oxidize harmful microorganisms can happen in our bodies if a large amount or high concentration product is swallowed. This was the case with products like Miracle Mineral Solution, an industrial bleaching agent that people were drinking to try to treat COVID-19. These products can oxidize red blood cells, making them incapable of carrying oxygen. This leads to two serious conditions–hemolysis and methemoglobinemia. These conditions can have dire ripple effects on other organ systems of the body.
If someone has swallowed an oral rinse product, use the webPOISONCONTROL® online tool to get help, or call your poison center at 1-800-222-1222. Whether online or by phone, expert guidance is always free, confidential, and available 24 hours a day.

In 2021, Dr. Liester reviewed adverse side effects of high dose CL02, writing:
High doses of ClO2 can cause adverse effects in formulations other than MMS. One of these adverse effects is methemoglobinemia. When ClO2 is added to water, chlorites are formed. High concentrations of chlorite ions oxidize hemoglobin to methemoglobin (Moore et al., 1978), and the ingestion of a high dose of ClO2 can result in methemoglobinemia. One example comes from the report of a 25-year-old male who ingested 10 g of sodium chlorite dissolved in 100 mL of water during a suicide attempt. He subsequently developed generalized cyanosis and respiratory distress and was found to be suffering from methemoglobinemia. He went on to develop an acute hemolytic crisis and disseminated intravascular coagulation. After being treated with continuous arterio-venous hemodialysis for 24 h, his methemoglobin decreased from 43.1 to 16.9%. However, he subsequently developed acute renal failure. Hemodialysis was continued for 4 weeks and after 3 months, renal function normalized (Lin and Lim, 1993). An important note is that individuals with glucose-6- phosphate deficiency [G-6-PD] may be at increased risk of forming methemoglobin following ingestion of ClO2 due to their reduced ability to detoxify hydrogen peroxide (Moore et al., 1978)

Nitrites and chlorites are thought to act synergistically to produce MetHb. Neonates and persons with G-6-PD deficiency are likely to be unusually susceptible to MetHb formation from these compounds because their red cells lack the metabolic machinery to adequately protect against oxidant stress. Since male blacks represent the largest population in the U.S. to be G-6-PD deficient, Black male neonates may represent the group at highest risk to the use of chlorine dioxide as a disinfectant in the nations water supplies.

Adverse Events Chart
This below chart shows number of adverse events reported. Notice the other commonly used over the counter drugs are much higher numbers. In 2021 Dr. Liester writes:
Although the ingestion of low doses of ClO2 is safe, high doses can be dangerous. As shown in Table 1, there have been 5 reports to the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System [FAERS] of adverse effects associated with the use of ClO2, and all 5 of these involved a product known as “Miracle Mineral Solution” or MMS.

Conclusion: Why is there a war against chlorine dioxide? The obvious answer CL02 could end the practice of medicine as medicine as we know it. Well, at least it could make a big chunk of the drug industry obsolete. In short, chlorine dioxide is a threat to the survival of the drug industry. For that reason, it must be demonized and vilified. Chlorine Dioxide has remarkable properties as the universal antidote, and is highly effective for difficult to treat viral and bacterial infections. Safety depends on dosage. At low doses, CL02 is safe. However, care must be taken to avoid the high doses associated with methemoglobinuria and acute renal failure. For this reason, it is best to seek the guidance of a knowledgeable health care professional before starting any over-the -counter medication, including this one.

Chlorine Dioxide, the Universal Antidote Series, 2 hours Course
What the War on Chlorine Dioxide Reveals About Medicine
For over a century, remarkable therapies have been suppressed to maintain a medical monopoly at the expense of humanity. By Midwestern Doctor Aug 06, 2026
Since ClO₂ (chlorine dioxide) is typically generated from sodium chlorite NaClO₂, once it started being successfully used as a medical therapy, the FDA (along with the media and virtually every other health agency) adopted the it was “toxic bleach,” likely owing to the fact bleach (sodium hypochlorite) had a similar name and formula (NaClO)—despite the two acting completely differently.
From the book,The war on Chlorine Dioxide by Pierre Kory, I learned CDS therapeutic research began after an accidental discovery in the mid-1970s, when an inventor searching for a non-corrosive sterilizer for his ultrasonic cleaning tanks noticed that a persistent irritation on his hands cleared after he’d handled a chlorine-dioxide-disinfected tank. He and his family became the guinea pigs, and he went on to show it worked for a wide range of topical and mucosal applications such as wound healing, acne, warts, moles, nail fungus, scalp itch and other skin irritations, dental and oral care (including tooth whitening), and animal infections such as bovine mastitis—work the FDA supported rather than obstructed (e.g., the inventor described the agency as “a bit of a help”). Over the following decades he and his companies, conducted more than 300 studies and published 42 papers, and he secured patents along the way—beginning with his foundational 1977–78 method patent (Germ Killing Composition and Method, #4,084,747), which made small-scale personal ClO₂ production possible, extending across the 30-plus patents he held on chlorine dioxide products, and culminating late in life in a method for injecting tumors directly with chlorine dioxide.
Jim Humble’s book on MMS (CDS)
Drinking-water concentrations of chlorine dioxide cleared the parasite from the bloodstream within hours. Jim Humble began experimenting on himself and other locals with malaria, saw the same result, and worked out that when sodium chlorite meets stomach acid it forms chlorine dioxide. He then discovered it also treated many other conditions (e.g., typhoid, dengue and HIV) and in 2006 published a book.
Bolivia
In July 2020, Bolivia, then suffering one of the highest COVID mortality rates in South America, grew tired of waiting on the WHO for a solution and passed a law legalizing oral chlorine dioxide, which its military and universities produced and distributed under protocol. A retrospective study in which 90% of 1,163 relatives living with infected patients took CDS (chlorine dioxide) prophylactically and reported no symptoms, a chart review of more than 1,100 outpatients reporting a 99% recovery rate with only mild and transient side effects, an Ecuadorian physicians’ report of 97% symptom resolution within four days, and more than 14,000 PCR-confirmed cases treated across Latin America by over 3,000 COMUSAV doctors with no serious adverse events reported—all of which was observational rather than randomized, since the controlled trials, as we’ve seen, were blocked.

– History: Discovered in 1811 by Sir Humphry Davy, ClO2 has been a powerhouse disinfectant for over 200 years. EPA registered it in 1967 for sanitizing water & surfaces – killing pathogens without harsh residues.
– NASA’s Take: In 1988, NASA dubbed ClO2 a “Universal Antidote” for its ability to destroy mold, fungi, bacteria & viruses. They’ve used it for sterilizing equipment, deodorizing air systems & even food preservation – safe enough for space!
– Bolivia’s Bold Move: During the 2020 COVID crisis, Bolivia legalized ClO2 production & distribution amid political chaos. Doctors pushed it, the military & universities produced it & citizens queued up. Result? Bolivia ended with one of South America’s lowest mortality rates at ~183 deaths per 100,000 – while ICUs reportedly emptied. But global media slammed it as “poison.”
– What It Treats: Promoters say ClO2 tackles everything from COVID & flu to cancer, autism, HIV, hepatitis, MS, fibromyalgia & wounds by oxidizing pathogens & boosting oxygen. It’s used in dentistry for bad breath & as a water purifier in thousands of systems. Studies show antiviral effects and healing benefits for chronic sinus/allergy issues.

Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis
NP001- IV sodium chlorite formulation that in two placebo-controlled Phase 2 trials, extended survival in ALS patients
The one internal use of chlorine dioxide (CDS) the FDA has permitted to advance to testing is a NP001, an IV sodium chlorite formulation that in two placebo-controlled Phase 2 trials, extended survival in ALS patients (by nearly two years in the non-progressor subgroup),1,2,3 and for which Neuvivo filed for FDA approval in 2024.

Macrophage-Targeted Sodium Chlorite (NP001) Slows Progression of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) through Regulation of Microbial Translocation
Abstract
Forrest, Bruce D., et al. “The effectiveness of NP001 on the long-term survival of patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.” Biomedicines 12.10 (2024): 2367.
Background/Objectives: The aim of this study was to estimate the effect of a 6 months’ treatment course of the innate immune modulator NP001 (a pH-adjusted intravenous formulation of purified sodium chlorite), on disease progression, as measured by overall survival (OS) in patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Methods: Blinded survival data were retrospectively collected for 268 of the 273 patients who had participated in two phase 2 placebo-controlled clinical trials of NP001 (ClinicalTrials.gov: NCT01281631 and NCT02794857) and received at least one dose of either 1 mg/kg or 2 mg/kg of NP001 as chlorite based on actual body weight, or placebo. Kaplan–Meier methods were used on the intent-to-treat population to estimate survival probabilities. Results: In the overall population, the median OS was 4.8 months (2.7 years [95% CI: 2.3, 3.5] in the 2 mg/kg NP001group and 2.3 years [95% CI: 1.8, 2.9] in the placebo group). Hazard ratio (HR): 0.77 (95% CI: 0.57, 1.03), p = 0.073. Among patients aged ≤ 65 years, the median OS for the 2 mg/kg NP001 group was 10.8 months (3.3 years [95% CI: 2.4, 3.8] in the 2 mg/kg NP001 group and 2.4 years [95% CI: 1.7, 3.3] in the placebo group). HR: 0.69 (95% CI: 0.50, 0.95). No differences were observed in the 1 mg/kg NP001 group or in patients aged > 65 years. Conclusions: The findings from this study suggest that a 6 months’ treatment course of NP001 resulted in a 4.8-month increase in overall survival in patients with ALS. The findings from this study indicate that targeting inflammation associated with the innate immune system may provide a pathway for new therapeutic options for the treatment of ALS.

Abstract: Background/objective: Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a diagnosis that incorporates
a heterogeneous set of neurodegenerative processes into a single progressive and uniformly fatal
disease making the development of a uniformly applicable therapeutic difficult. Recent multinational
ALS natural history incidence studies have identified systemic chronic activation of the innate
immune system as a major risk factor for developing ALS. Persistent immune activation in patients
with ALS leads to loss of muscle and lowering of serum creatinine. The goal of the current study was to test whether the slowing of nerve and muscle destruction in NP001-treated ALS patients compared with controls in phase 2 studies would lead to extension of survival. Methods: Phase 2 clinical studies
with NP001, an intravenously administered form of the innate immune system regulator NaClO2,
are now reporting long-term survival benefits for drug recipients vs. placebo controls after only
six months of intermittent treatment. As a prodrug, NP001 is converted by macrophages to taurine
chloramine, a long-lived regulator of inflammation. We performed a pooled analysis of all patients
who had completed the studies in two six-month NP001 phase 2 trials. Changes in respiratory vital
capacity and the muscle mass product, creatinine, defined treated patients who, compared to placebo,
had up to a year of extended survival.
Conclusions: The observed longer survival in ALS patients with the greatest inflammation-associated muscle loss provides further evidence that ALS is a disease of ongoing innate immune dysfunction and that NP001 is a disease-modifying drug with sustained clinical activity.
Chlorine Dioxide Combined With Caffeine

Konishi, Kiyoshi, and Takekatsu Shibata. “Microbicidal effect of sodium chlorite in combination with caffeine at a neutral pH.” BPB Reports 7.4 (2024): 106-109.
Sodium chlorite (NaClO2) is applied as a disinfectant for the sanitization of food and environmental surfaces. HClO2 (pKa = 1.86) is believed to be the main species responsible for the antimicrobial effects, whereas NaClO2 solution ([HClO2] / [ClO2-] = 10-5.64 at pH 7.5) shows only weak antimicrobial activity at neutral pH conditions. However, NaClO2 solution at a neutral pH has the advantages of having very low reactivity to organic materials and high stability for long-term storage at around room temperature. In our previous screening of food additives, phytochemicals, and related compounds, we found that caffeine could strongly promote the antimicrobial effects of NaClO2 solution at a neutral pH. Caffeine is a purine alkaloid found in nearly 100 plant species that has very weak antibacterial properties against many bacteria. In the present study, we evaluated the antimicro-
bial activity of NaClO2 in combination with caffeine against Acinetobacter baumannii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, and Candida albicans strains. We found that caffeine strongly potentiated the antimicrobial action of NaClO2 in all four strains, indicating that this combination has potential as a disinfectant.
Plaque regrowth
Yates, R., et al. “The comparative effect of acidified sodium chlorite and chlorhexidine mouthrinses on plaque regrowth and salivary bacterial counts.” Journal of Clinical Periodontology 24.9 (1997): 603-609.
Acidified sodium chlorite (ASC) is recognised as a highly potent, broad spectrum antimicrobial
system that has been successfully developed for uses in veterinary, food processing and medical
device fields. The current studies aimed to investigate the persistence of antimicrobial action and
plaque inhibitory properties of 3 ASC mouthrinses by comparison with positive control,
chlorhexidine 0.12%, and placebo control, water, rinses. Both studies were randomised, double-
blind, cross-over 5-cell designs balanced for carryover. The 1st study involved 15 healthy
subjects who immediately before and at 30, 60, 180, 300 and 420 min after rinsing provided 2 ml
saliva samples. The samples were immediately processed for total anaerobic bacterial counts
recorded after 96 h incubation. Washout periods were a minimum of 3 days. The second study
involved 20 healthy subjects who on day 1 of each study were rendered plaque free, suspended
normal oral hygiene methods and commenced rinsing twice daily with the allocated rinse. On
day 5, plaque was scored by index and area after disclosing with erythrosin. Washout periods
were 2 1/2 days. The 3 ASC and chlorhexidine rinses produced similar reductions in salivary
bacterial counts which remained significantly below the placebo control to 7 h. There were no
significant differences between ASC and chlorhexidine rinses except at 30 and 60 min when
significantly greater reductions were produced by 2 ASC rinses compared to the chlorhexidine
rinse. Plaque indices and areas were considerably and significantly lower with the ASC and
chlorhexidine rinses compared to the placebo rinse. There were no significant differences
between plaque scores for the 3 ASC rinses and the chlorhexidine rinse, although for 2 ASC
rinses plaque scores were lower than for the chlorhexidine rinse. The results indicate that the 3
ASC rinses have equivalent plaque inhibitory action to chlorhexidine as a rinse. Similar to
chlorhexidine, the plaque inhibitory action of the rinses appears to be derived from a persistence
of antimicrobial action in the mouth.

Chlorine Dioxide Antimicrobial Properties on Biofilms
Dudek-Wicher, Ruth, et al. “Antimicrobial properties and toxicity challenges of chlorine dioxide used in alternative medicine.” Scientific Reports 15.1 (2025): 18267.
This study evaluates the in vitro antimicrobial efficacy and cytotoxicity of acidified sodium chlorite (ASC), a source of chlorine dioxide. Despite its controversial promotion in alternative medicine as a
cure-all solution, known as “Miracle Mineral Solution” (MMS), the data on its factual medicinal activity is very limited.
Therefore, we aimed to elucidate the activity of ASC against biofilms of Staphylococcus
aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterococcus faecalis, Streptococcus mutans, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, and Lactobacillus sp. or an organic acid (ASC1, ASC2, respectively).
The lowest antimicrobial concentration of ASC registered was 0.002992% (29.92 ppm) but did not exhibit stronger antimicrobial activity than polyhexamethylene biguanide. Biofilms of S. mutans and
E. coli were the most susceptible to tested formulations. Biofilm formed by L. rhamnosus displayed susceptibility to concentrations lower than the minimum biofilm eradication concentration (0.09575%,
957.5 ppm). In the in vitro cytotoxic assay towards eukaryotic fibroblasts and in vivo model of Galleria mellonella larvae concentration-related increase of cytotoxic effects was observed.
Potential Health Risks
Our findings demonstrate that these concentrations of ASC which can effectively eradicate biofilms, also pose potential health risks due to their in vitro and in vivo cytotoxicity. It implies that ASC applied in humans can lead to damage to the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract. This research contributes to the ongoing debate on the safety and efficacy of chlorine dioxide in clinical applications, highlighting the need for precise dosing to avoid mucosal damage in therapeutic contexts.
Book- The War on Chlorine Dioxide by Pierre Kory
In The War on Chlorine Dioxide, Kory also details CDS’s reported use across a range of other difficult conditions—from herpes, sinusitis, and stubborn fungal infections to non-healing diabetic wounds, Fournier’s gangrene, autism and several metastatic cancers that had failed conventional therapy . Due to the reactivity many patients I work with have to stronger doses of any agent, my use of CDS has been restricted to temporary use for infections (where I’ve repeatedly seen it work) rather than longterm use at higher doses for systemic issues (as I use other therapies for those cases).

I met Mitch Leicter, Raol Pineda, Patricia Calisveras, a Susan Rage, a group of experienced clinicians who were using chlorine dioxide. That is the door that opened that I walked through.
The web site: Curious Outlier Substack on Chlorine Dioxide, the Universal Antidote
The narrator, Jeff, is now a good friend of mine.
Patricia Calisveras was my 1st guide , whats app conversation. Especially Bolivia.
Ivermectin: Uttar Pradesh success with this. 95,000 villages. They almost eradicvated Covid. The Bolivia story was like Uttar Pradesh. They Passed a law. The univerversities were manufacturing it. and the milliary was distributing it. I was pissed. There was no media coverage of Bolivia.
The Russian bioweapons program has known about chlorine dioxide since the 1980’s. Vladimir Pasechnik was the head of the bioweapons program in Russia, and defected to US was murdered around 2001. He said that: Chlorine dioxide was the ultimate antidote to bioweapons.
This century we have had many attacks on oxidative therapies. Anyone who suggested Chlorine Dioxide, They screamed Bleach Bleach!! Another clown world like ivermectin suppression.
This is Censorship! I was labeled as a wacko and a Quack.
Its all been a lie since day one. Jim Humble deported from British Guiana. It seemed like a war and we are the French resistance.
Also interested in DMSO.

How to Use Chlorine Dioxide by Lee Merrit on Weston Price.org
Lee Merrit Full Speech and How To Section on Chlorine Dioxide Rumble Video 40 minutes
Getting Started at 28 minutes.
Chlorine Dioxide is a gas in solution.
Don’t Use glass bottle with metal lid. Metals react with the gas,
Where to Obtain: You can buy the kits off the internet or health food store. Sometimes they are labelled MMS or Miracle Mineral Solution, which is liquid Sodium Chlorite at 22.4%. The activator is 4% Hydrochloric Acid (HCL) The old systems used citric acid but this tastes nasty and is not recommended. Although you may want to purchase a kit at first to get used to the process, it is easier and cheaper to make your own solution. (See below)
—————————————
Buy these items:
KV labs on Amazon, part A and Part B ($40 for a little kit)
10 cc graduated cylinder (for Bath)
graduated shot glass
Plastic storage bottle (no metal)
————————————————
Part A : Sodium Chlorite
Part B : HCL
Use a graduated shot glass for mixing
Plastic Starbucks bottle, drink small amounts throughout the day
Mix one drop of Part A (sodium chorite Solution)=MMS
Into one drop activator Part B in shot glass.
Wait 30-45 seconds.
You will see it turn yellow, then amber brown (final color).
Dont let it sit too long in an open container, it will outgas and look clear with no yellow color.
Add water to shot glass and pour into plastic starbucks bottle.
Fill up bottle so you have 10-12 oz.
Drink an ounce an hour so it is gone before bed.
I actually stop about 7 PM. Stop before dinner time.
Wait 45 min after last dose to take anti-oxidants like vitamin C, herbals, etc. Chlorine dioxide leaves system in 45 minutes.
If you didn’t finish the bottle, put on a cover plus refrigerator and save for next day.
Do not start at a high level of drops. End up pooping your brains out. Start at one drop for 2 weeks then can increase to two drops.
Side effects are from detoxifying, diarrhea, nausea rash sneezing, watery eyes, Herxheimer reaction. sweating.
3 drops is low end maintainance.
10 drops/ day common maintainance (Lee Merritt )
15 drops/ day “anti-aging”
24 drops a day for cancer maintenance.

BATH
————-
Husband had wart that went away with Chlorine Dioxide Bath. “The Bath is Great”
Can be used for a sick toddler. (a few drops that is activated in a baby bath)
From Mark Grenin: Standard Size Bath Tub
5 cc (teaspoon) Part A, and 1-2 cc of the activator Part B, (Use 50% activator)
Grenin says 8cc MMS (part A) plus 2-3 cc of Activator in a Warm Bath.
I use a 10 cc graduated cylinder.
or use a shot glass with a 10 cc reading.
Lee Merrit uses 10 cc part A, and 2-3 cc part B, and you let it sit there. I let it get dark yellow.
I put my finger over the top of the graduated cylinder and invert it a few times. I dump it into the hot bath water, and I sit in it for at least 20 minutes and I think it is great..
If you overdo the gym, you feel great after a CD bath.
Make CD in bulk for BATH use:
Stellar Chemical Sodium Chlorite crystals (10 lb bag)
Jasco Muriatic Acid. (Lowes or Home Depot) Be careful of clothing. Always add acid to water, not the other way around.
Mix sodium chlorite crystals in warm water, you need a weight scale, weigh it out in grams, add to warm distilled or filtered water. Stir it up . it will dissolve. Pour it into a Dark Bottle, so sunlight can not get in.
Making Muriatic Acid: ratio 7 to 1. The muriatic acid is usually about 34 per cent. We want about 5 per cent. Put 7 parts water and 1 part muriatic acid into another bottle, keep separate.
Recipe is on Lee Merrit’s chlorine dioxide printout.
Chlorine Dioxide Rev 18 July 23: ( For educational use only, not to be considered medical
treatment.) Why take Chlorine Dioxide (CD)? Chlorine dioxide is the “universal antitoxin”. It
neutralizes toxins (poisons/ contaminants), kills various parasites, is death to protozoa like
swamp water contaminates, but unlike other agents such as chlorox or chlorine or hydrogen
peroxide etc., this does not kill the good bacteria and is not damaging to cells. It rids the body
of biofilms and L-forms such as Legionella, plasmodia, and much more. It is my opinion that
viruses are not germs but actually poisons, and this truth is being hidden as we are being
poisoned and convincing people they have infectious disease. It is noteworthy that in Latin
ancient medical texts, virus means toxin (or poison)—it did not refer to an infectious
agent/germ.

Add DMSO, transport molecule.
Activate 3 drops CD
Add 5 Drops 70% DMSO
Use clean hands.
Rub final solution on hourly.
Parasites have a two hour doubling time.

What to do if you are sick:
You want to drink one activated drop of CD per hour. And bathe in it once a day. You will be well within a day or two.
Nicotine Gum – Add to the CD.
As Brian Ardis points out, these are nicotine poisons.
And nicotine gum helps. We are being subjected to nicotine poisons. Air, Water, Surfaces. Could be what Karen Kingston found is a hydrogel in the environment. A genetically engineered hydrogel. that has hooks to your nicotine.

Liester, Mitchell Brent. “The chlorine dioxide controversy: A deadly poison or a cure for COVID-19?.” International Journal of Medicine and Medical Sciences 13.2 (2021): 13-21.
Chlorine dioxide has been condemned as a dangerous poison and has been touted as a cure for
COVID-19. This narrative review examines the controversy surrounding the use of aqueous chlorine
dioxide by investigating evidence-based research articles, government documents, press reports, and
the results of the first clinical trial utilizing chlorine dioxide as a treatment for COVID-19. Chlorine
dioxide was found to be employed by numerous industries for antimicrobial and other uses. Aqueous
chlorine dioxide was found to be safe when ingested in low doses, but when ingested in high doses, it
can cause adverse hematologic and renal effects. Additionally, chlorine dioxide was found to be a
strong and rapidly acting virucide with activity against a wide range of viruses. Results of the first
clinical trial utilizing chlorine dioxide to treat COVID-19 are reviewed and this molecule is found to be a
safe and effective treatment. A dispassionate review of the evidence-based research literature finds
preliminary evidence supporting the opinion that aqueous chlorine dioxide may be a safe and effective
treatment of COVID-19, and likely for other viral illnesses as well. Further studies are needed to confirm these findings and to explore potential uses of chlorine dioxide.

Pain, Prostatitis, Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) Testimonial
MMS reduces urinary tract infection symptoms within hours.
Categories: Acne, Bladder infection, Hemorrhoid, Infection, Kidney Problem, Pain, Prostatitis, Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) Date Created: April 11, 2011
My roommate has acne and after just one dose of 6 drops his zits go FLAT. It doesn’t help with the mechanical problem of a blocked pore, it just ELIMINATES infection.
For those of you looking for citric acid the Asian store I used to get it from told me dudes in suits showed up and had them remove it from their store as it can be used for bad things. To get around this go to a middle eastern store and ask for ‘sour salt’ and you good to go. They use it for pickling and rubs.
Here’s my experience with MMS I wrote in 2007:
This MMS stuff is the real deal. I have been looking for something like this for years. I started my alternative health kick with flushing (colon and liver). Great results, but messy and leaves you feeling drained. What it did for my digestion though, was amazing. Next I bought a Zapper/Colloidal silver generator. The zapper works wonders on acne and helps with colds and flu along with the colloidal silver. Next was the ozone generator for making ozonated water. Drinking this daily over a long period of time will accomplish the same thing as flushing, but without the drama. Ozone is natures way of keeping things fresh and bacteria/virus/fungi/mold/mildew free. Oxygen is the key with this treatment as ozone (O3) is just a cluster of 3 oxygen atoms. Most harmful bacteria, virus, mold and fungi don’t like oxygen rich environments. So ozone makes a good weapon but it’s indiscriminate and can kill both good and bad bugs.
Just a couple weeks ago I was reading about a cure for Malaria. A great story about a guy named Jim Humble who was stuck in the jungle with a friend that was going to die from an attack of Malaria. As a last resort he gave him a chemical used to purity water and to his amazement his friend recovered in hours. With a little research he found out how to make this stuff 100 times more effective as an oxidant then oxygen! As an oxidant it will also neutralize and help in the elimination of most of the poisons and heavy metals in our bodies. And with the side benefit of targeting only bad pathogens this truly is a Miracle Mineral Supplement!! So of course I ordered some Thursday Dec 6. For some reason I paid extra for 2 day delivery even though I wasn’t in any need. Funny how things work out as come Monday I was in desperate need.
Prostate Infection
On Friday I noticed frequent trips to the bathroom to pee. And by Saturday it was obvious I wasn’t emptying my bladder because as soon as the flow started, pain stopped it. No problem, I thought, I have cranberry juice and started on that. There was some relief but no solution. On Sunday there was a definite pain in my belly that I just knew was a prostate infection. Drank colloidal silver and zapped for some relief but by Monday I was worse. There was blood and puss in what little urine I could produce and it was getting to where I couldn’t pee at all. I was almost ready to call the doctor when FedEx shows up with my MMS. They say to start with 1 or 2 drops as this is powerful stuff and the die off of pathogens can make you very ill. I make my dose of 2 drops and drink it. It tastes like bleach but not too bad. Within 2 hours of my FIRST dose I almost empty my bladder for the first time in 3 days!! There is still pain but what this does for bladder/prostate/urinary infections is fantastic. Some dude plagued with debilitating prostatitis for 15 years cured himself in 10 days! Women cure bladder infections over night with a single dose! The next day all was well in the bathroom with no need for doctors or catheters!
If you know anyone with a pathogen based disease please let them know about this. It’s more effective then all of the other stuff I had been using combined.
